came across Peter at Cinnamon photography by chance as we
had won a portrait sitting & print in a competition.
We thought we would go for the sitting & receive our
free print & then that would be that. However, we were
so impressed with the way in which Peter made us & our
Son feel at ease, the great photos he took & the imaginative
ways in which he presented his work that we now only use
Peter for our family photos & recently returned for
our fifth sitting!

'I
first met Peter when a company called Olan Mills went into
receivership halfway through a program of photos for my
newly arrived daughter. He instantly offered to take over
and at the same costs even though this below his usual fees.
That
was possibly one of the best phone calls I have ever made.
Peter has documented every important occasion from then
on. My children growing up, our wider family and most importantly
our wedding. We now live in the Middle East but we still
return to Peter for our photos and try and schedule a sitting
at least once a year.
It
is impossible not to become affected by Peter's sense of
humour and love for what he does and why not when he does
it so well. Our children love going to see him and having
the opportunity to play it is completely secondary to them
that photos also happen. This is Peter's skill, putting
people at ease and taking great photos.
He
always takes the time to understand what is required and
I know spends hours behind the scenes cropping or adjusting
photos to get the desired result. Our Wedding photos were
a case in point where we spent many sessions planning the
event and even more sessions afterwards reviewing discussing
the shots, even to the point of cutting heads from one shot
to put on another to ensure we had the exact look we wanted.
We
now have a house full of some wonderful photographs and
excellent memories of events.
We
now consider Peter a friend as much as trusted Photographer

Last
Christmas our family wanted to have a picture taken of all
the children in our family with their grandparents but we
only had a a small window of opportunity as our family is
spread around the country and also Ireland. I contacted
Peter to explain and he was extremely helpful and came in
over the Christmas period especially for us.
We
arrived at the Studio very noisy and excited all 27 of us!
Even with all the chatting and laughing going on Peter remained
calm and happy. We have quite a few boys in our family and
they were not taken with the idea of having their pictures
taken, but by the end of the session all of them were happy
to strut their stuff and were posing like mad! Several of
them have asked when are we going again!
We
were thrilled with the pictures taken and can't thank Peter
enough for making it happen.
